Yeah that's a good one but, for whatever reason, I have always associated "Scar Tissue" with heroin as well, whether that be the case or not... and if that had been their intention -- for it to be about heroin -- then I would choose "Scar Tissue" over "Under the Bridge."

Just my two cents...
