Since when did cocaine become so expensive? It was $180 an 8th for good cocaine and $120 an eight for lower grade about 5 years ago. Cocaine doesn't seem like its worth $100/g.
When I did cocaine back in 2005 the standard prices were standard $150/ball, which was discounted because the extra 0.5 grams came out free with the standard $50/gram price. I was paying about $19.64 per gram for high quality cocaine back then, but things were massively different.
When I started IV cocaine in 2016, cocaine (soft) was about $100/gram and crack (hard) was $80/gram (I sometimes use the term cocaine for both, I should have specified my prices were for crack and not cocaine in my original post, to me it's irrelevant because either way it becomes a salt for my purposes). I thought for the longest time I was getting ripped off, but as my addiction progressed, I realized the market was much different than it had previously been (and also my connections were just nowhere near as good). And then the pandemic hit, and what was already sub-par cocaine at ridiculous prices became complete garbage at astronomical prices.
I'm assuming the prices raised well before 2016, because anytime I even mentioned $80/gram was ridicous everyone just looked at me like I was crazy.
It's absolutely not worth it, at all. The good days of cocaine are long gone.
$20 for 0.12 grams of crack calculates to roughly $166.68/gram of the absolute worst garbage imaginable which is a guaranteed loss of 50% of weight with a water recook or converting to cocaine citrate. So, it's really $20 for 0.06 grams, or $333.34/gram. It's a complete travesty what it has turned into.
