drug paraphernalia

I was recently stopped and issued a ticket for drug paraphernalia, but the cop contradicted him self when also selecting on the ticket he printed out for me no search and no contraband. Does this make the ticket invalid?
 
You should hire a traffic attorney and they can tell you what's up. We don't allow legal discussion on Bluelight so I have to close this.
