I’ve been here for a few years now and I really dig it. It’s almost too expensive to stay though and not nearly as weird as it used to be, but definitely a nice place to live. Rent too damn high.

The rent is too damn high nearly everywhere, friend. I’ve not been to Austin, but I’d love to go. I’ve got a bunch of friends who moved there. There’s a fairly big Deaf community there due to Texas School for the Deaf being located there.

Austin - it feels like a bit of SF that ran away and hid in the south.

I am a super nerd. I have access to a large database on drugs, medicines, chemistry & medicinal chemistry patents and papers. If you find you need a paper you cannot obtain other wise then please ask. Their are a few I still cannot get... but there are people here would can get almost anything (well they haven't failed yet).
