Drug Information - Tripstacy?

Hello.

Today I was told about a drug called "Tripstacy" which is meant to be a mixture of MDMA/LSD in one tablet, or by sucking it from "something" I don't know exactly what.

It's "meant" to offer an extreme loved up feeling. I've been offered these, but I'm unsure of trying such a cocktail.

Has anyone ever heard of "Tripstacy".... Is this for real?.... Is it SAFE?...

Any information would be appreciated.

I have had something sold as Triptacy,

It was an orange pill with a Triangle on it. Tasted just like Vit - C

After taking it, I just think they were acid Bombs or maybe 2-CB

I think many ppl in AUS are using the Word Triptacy to make some other drugs they cant sell attractive to E users. (my opinion)


The Triptacy I had was mostly TRIP and not much if an ACY

I suspect that the person you were talking to has confused slang terms here. While LSD + MDMA is almost universally refered to as 'candyflipping', the psychadlic (hence trip) and euphoric (hence stacy - synecdochic for ecstasy) combination could easily lead to someone confusing it with what they've heard about the real 'tripstacy', which is a fiendishly potent research chemical that produces both hallucinations and euphoria, called 2C-T-7. If he actually had 2C-T-7, I think he would know as it's fairly exotic and usually changes hands for exuberant prices. So chances are it's a pill with a drop of LSD on it, maybe it's MDA or (unlikely) it's 2C-B... Simple solution! If it's a pill... test it before you take it.. 2C-T-7 has been seen in pills - 'blue mystics' and 'red raspberrys'... But that was some time ago, and in the US as far as I know. None the less... Test test test...

If it does turn out to be 2C-T-7, please exercise the utmost care when administering it. You'd want scales accurate to .001 to measure the dose.It's got a low overdose threshold, and has led to fatalities. Also, don't snort it - firstly it burns like a hot fork jammed up your nose would and the dose (and overdose) threshold is drastically lowered. I guess I've rambled on here a bit, but I think you need to tread as carefully as possible when there is a possiblity that 2C-T-7 as there is simply too much we don't know about it.

hey, what about pills that really do have trips in em?? I mean, I have had one encounter with a pill that had a trip in it. As in, when I bit into it, it had a fucking tab in it. Quite clever, made me laugh...I think they were called Chillies...but yeah, what should they be called??
 
^ AFAIK they should be called a waste of money because any heat involved in the pill pressing procedure should destroy the LSD on the tab...

Well, they did make me trip, those chillies...I think they also had a shitload of speed in em as well, which didn't make them all that pleasant...oh well, probably a canberra local....
 
I've heard a pressing technique that is quite commonly employed (sorry, no official reference) involves using PVA as the binder (PVA = polyvinylacetate - the wood glue) . Apparently it gives a very professional looking pill, mixes well with colours and requires little or no heat to set.

Shocking as it may sound, claims have been made that pills have been locally via this technique. PVA is regarded as inert and non-toxic, and should theoretically pass right through you. You would hope it would as de-polymerisation in-vivo could produce some very toxic compounds.



Yes acid is occasionally put in pills, I can vouch for that. Some years ago we went on the first family holiday in 5 years. K and I thought we'd take a few of goodies away, but when enquiring there seemed to be a shortage. What we recieved where green domes which definitely contained LSD. It was a very rare occasion where testing wasn't done and although I knew something was wrong with taste, we foolishly took them anyway :o

The day didn't quite go as planned although we had a fab time anyway =D. We did save a bit and later checked it with Marquis. As expected there was no reaction whatsoever.

This would explain a few batches of pills I have encountered :
Blue UK's, Green P's and White Stars...All pills looked solid as, some of the nicest presses I have ever seen. They were all from the same press, and all when cut in half for testing purposes, there was little stretchy bits of what I thought was some weird binding agent. Looking at the PVA story, it was very similar in substance to that. It also had the same stretchy properties too.
The thing is though, these pills (Blue UK's especially) were some of the cleanest MDMA i have ever experienced. :)
