Drug Failure

Has anyone ever had their drug of choice just fail them, as in after taking the drug nothing happens and there's no reasonable explanation for it? I use dextromethorphan polistirex on and off. I usually take a dose of about 800mg, by taking half a bottle (440mg) and then the other half of the bottle 30 minutes later. Recently I had a day where I took a whole bottle (~880mg dxm polistirex) at one time, felt nothing, took another about two hours later, felt nothing, and only experienced liftoff after taking a third bottle about eight hours later. I had also taken a small amount of 7-oh earlier in the day (100mg) and felt nothing from it.

I know there's always the possibility that a particular dose may be bunk or off somehow, but has anyone else had a good faith drug dose fail them completely? Has anyone else had a day where they took different drugs and they all failed for some reason?

I had it in the past sometimes it’s just tolerance or very nervous cns? I mean most of us have it one way or another I’ve even had it on MDMA I was feeling sober but was definitely rolling , with weed lots of times but was definitely high , with Xanax but that is tolerance or just already very relaxed and with 7OH mostly tolerance ir very busy doing chores talking etc didn’t even notice.
