drug diversion

^ Sameria was just saying that they had a friend who worked for Telstra mid to late last year and that's what the situation was then; not making a claim as to when it started.
 
you can buy phones online, no need for anything to have ur name on it/filled in, it's prob filled in by anther person anyway..... hell, ive been sold sims a few month back and not even had to fill anything in. the person did not give a damn about any info.. must of been lazy haha

Just to weigh in on this topic.

I recently got done for Trespassing, was an asshole to the cops as I was absolutely wasted at the time, so they didn't recommend me diversion, which I only found out when I got to court.

Basically ended up being forced to rat out on some other people, via. a magistrates order in order to get a diversion.

Basically, just because the cops say you are getting a diversion, does NOT mean that the magistrate will agree, it is purely at his discretion.

Well I guess basically, though I did call them before hand, to let them know.

They were cool and understanding :)

Also, wasn't drug diversion, was for trespassing.
