Drug designs. (MedicinalUser SAR thread)

I call this one the BatFLY. It's chemical structure is 2,3-Isobenzofuran-5,6-Isobenzofuran-4-Iodoamphetamine.
 
What I want to do is talk about 4,5-Furazan-6,7-Furazan-N,N-Dimethyltryptamine. I designed it to be a very powerful psychedelic drug with a long duration. It's effects though are hypothetical sense no one has tried it yet. But it could become a new Tryptamine of the future. It could possibly be stronger than 5-MeO-DMT. Basically because of it's chemical structure and where the Furazans are placed on the Tryptamine molecule. So, most likely it would produce a long lasting trip after consumption. But it's future remains unknown. It all depends on whether it's ever created. It could become a new drug of the future. What are your thoughts on this ?
 
Well I had an idea for a pain killer, but it hasn't been invented yet. I call it Cyclohexylmorphone. It's like a cross between Ketamine and Morphine. It's effects are unknow sense it hasn't been tested yet. Hopefully one day it will be created for the relief of pain. This substance could possibly be used in the future for effective pain management. Which would be great for people in pain. But this is still a hypothetical substance which has not been tested. Although one day it may become a real substance, but its future remains unknow sense it hasn't been created yet. But it could one day become a real substance that could be used as an effective medication. In the mean time people will have to depend on regular opiates for pain relief. What are your thoughts on this ?

Well I've got another crazy one for you I call it Bemethylrex it's chemical structure is 3,4-Dimethoxy-bemethyl-alpha-methylsuccinimide.
 
I wonder what would happen if you changed the Hydroxy to a Methoxy ? So, Instead of gamma-Hydroxybutric acid you would have gamma-Methoxybutric acid.
 
Here's another design that's almost the same. This design may even be more euphoric than the first one. It's called 5,6-Succinic-anhydride-a-methyltryptamine. Hypothetically it should be as euphoric as M.D.M.A., but sense no one has created 5,6-Succinic-anhydride-a-methyltryptamine yet I can't say what effects it will have. The Succinic anhydride molecule can also be positioned on other molecules such as you know. Such as 3,4-Succinic-anhydride-methamphetamine. Which in hypothesis should produce euphoric effects as well. Of course none of this has been proven yet sense no one has created it yet. But the future of this substance remains unknown. Right up there with my other creation which is 5,6-Methylenedioxy-a-methyltryptamine. What are your thoughts on this ?
 
Here's another on. It's called Triple-O-Rex. It's chemical structure is 3,4-Succinic-anhydride-N-methylbemethyl-1,3-oxazol-2-amine.
 
I call this one Hive. It's chemical structure is 2,3-(1H-Imidazol-4-yl)-N-methyl-s-triazinepropan-2-amine.
 
This ones similar. I call it Sting. It's chemical structure is (RS)-N-methyl-2-benzimidazolepropan-2-amine.
