Drug dependence created by surgery 6 weeks ago

I am now under the control of 40mg Oxycontin. I have already been to the ER once for w/ds. I didn't expect it to happen. I was just late with a pill.

Hope to learn and maybe contribute as I go.

If you're trying to get off the oxy, can I suggest you head over to Sober Living and post your story and what you're trying to achieve. They're really helpful and could offer suggestions and ideas on how to sober up.
