Drug Dealers - Friend or Fiend?

whats cool about the E trade as opposed to the harder drugs trade is that ethical drug dealers have been born. the buyers in the E market have a lot more power because -
a) they're not addicts
b) they often have more than one option
in harder drug (herion/coke) markets the suppliers have all the power because -
a) their customers NEED it
b) they are crazy fucked up enough to remove and/or kill competitors.
this shift of power creates a much different atmosphere. you can shop around more, because dealers appear to be everywhere these days. you can haggle, because the dealer knows you can easily go elsewhere. dealers wanna have reliable gear coz if they dont ppl will fuck them off fairly quickly. and in the case of a dealer who is a friend... you'd wanna to move the good stuff coz who wants to rip off all your mates??
it also creates job opportunities for the ladies as the E market is a much safer working environment then the harder drugs market. who said we're not pushing for equality?? ;)

I think thoth said it best..
This thread reeks of hypocrisy...
Maybe a thankyou should be in order considering these boys are putting there necks on the line to give you, the consumer, the time of there life..
Obviously there not doing it out of the love of there heart.. But i know they get a smile on there face when they see someone loving the peak and knowing because of them someone's night is a little better..
Wake up guys.
I know there are unsavoury people in the industry but they would be unsavoury wether they were a dealer or not..
To sterotype a whole industry in one sweeping statemnent based on social prejudices is ignorant to say the least.

I look at my dealer the same way as the dj:
The dj is the person with the tunes
The dealers the guy with the bikkies
Neither Im friends with and neither I cant survive a nite out without.
The guy who I cant stand who I buy my gear off, I find usually has the best gear.

I think DD's in general are friends. They do not have to be fiends. If you know a fiend, and regularly buy off them, it doesn't make him/her a bad guy, it makes you a dickhead.
While out and about you meet people who have a hard time getting a point of speed yet act like they've got a 12inch cock, whereas others do coke in ounces and pills in the several hundreds and are quite nice people.
Ultimately though, if your dealings (as a DD) aren't run like a business - friendly, efficient, good supply, competitive prices, home delivery, then really you are only doing yourself a disservice, and probably limiting your ability to expand (if that's what you're in for).
If on the other hand, you are only doing it to help a few buddies out - is that really even "dealing"? Just because a friend of yours can get gear and is a genuinely nice guy, does the fact that they help you have a good time, providing things for you that you would have to go to a dodgy source for to get elsewhere in anyway make them a "fiend"? You have to remember the game of drugs is not where little mystical fairies leave pure unadulterated chemical under your pillow as you sleep. People are out to make a buck, and if you can't find the nice ones amongst them to deal with, then use your bargaining power and go elsewhere, there are always several options that would LOVE to have your business, drug dealers don't turn away anyone if they're paying.
Sydkiwi - spot on! :D
