Drug Czar Warns Against Taking 'Bath Salts' Drugs

cathinones will be illegal soon.. the fucked up thing is though after the ban I bet people with still sell these "bath salts" but they will use unscheduled stims like 4-fa 4-fma etc getting them banned as well

I have a feeling the US ban on them will be similar to the UK ban, if not even more far-reaching.

The US media is going down the same road the UK media went down...

I think they will ban 4-mmc and MDPV because they keep talking about those two.. Methylone *might* be caught in the ban.. but I truly doubt they will get 4-fa or 4-fma

regardless of what they choose to do there is always something else on the horizon.. (especially true for the synthetic cannabinoids)

^^^yeah for real its time to stock up.

This is a bummer but on the bright side maybe the next thing the RC chemists come up with will be even better.

does anyone else find it somewhat ironic that in America, we have people in positions of authority we call "czars"? The term refers to autocratic Russian monarchy, yet we use it on people in what is supposedly "the land of the free?" I guess the standard of freedom we strive for is more the monarchical Russian style freedom, they really set some precedents for liberty after all!

^^^^ I always found it fitting actually that in the land of the free (your "free" as long as you don't do anything that the state tells you not to do such as getting high) the crowd in charge of controlling drugs where named after abunch of anti-semite, oppressive imperialists. Except instead of oppressing people because of ethnicity or political ideology (oh wait saying drugs arent evil is a political view :) ) they oppress people for deciding that they can put whatever they want in their own bodies.

I think it's high time we do to the drug czars what the bolsheviks did to the tsars which is overthrow the bastards and give them a good taste of oppression.

what do the number of circumflex accents mean on Bluelight? The "^" written several times in a row? I know they loosely mean "in response to the post above", but what is the significance of using one vs. four vs. thirteen or whatever?

Each one represents a post, so ^^ is two posts above, ^^^ is 3 and so on. It tends to be people that don't use the quote or multiquote buttons who do this most frequently.
