Can anybody in this forum read? Has any of yall ever had a case before? You do realize that court dates get rescheduled and postponed and take a long time to move right? You dont just get arrested and sentenced a month later. I wish i could say that I aint goin to jail but i aint got no idea wats gonna happen when I go to court. My sentencing aint for a while yet.

anyways, i dont know why you seem to think postin in here makes you more likely to get the position. You aint the only person that applied and there aint no big rush to fill the spot. So hold your damn horses and stop pesterin us lol. youll find out wat you need to know , when you need to know it, dont act like youre the chosen one and are just waiting for us to confirm it , becuz thats wat youre soundin like right now in all these posts you made. "please inform me on wat the deal is" "shoot me a PM" it sounds like you are assuming you been selected , and are just waiting for us to tell you and have it be made official.

There aint nothing for you , or nobody else who applied, to know right now. You aint no closer to bein a mod today than anybody else that applied , and your likelyhood of bein a mod today aint no different than it was 6 months ago before we even started lookin for another one, and that goes for everbody in here but i am talkin to you becuz youre the only one that keeps asking in here. all i can say is seriously , chill the fuck out homie. ;) shit I should of posted a different smilie, now youre gonna think that you are the selection cuz i put the winking face and it must mean something. so, nevermind, have a :| instead lol.

From the other posts I read you most likely wont do jail time, but probation seems inevitable. Going clean is a good option :D
 
I have the time to mod atm but considering that the next few months might end up being extremely hectic i'll haveto pass and wait till it comes around again to send in my application. I have lots of ideas on the management of DC.
