Drug combo safety question

What quantities are you talking about, and what is your tolerance to these drugs like?
Mixing downers is dangerous. You're talking about taking an opioid, a benzo and alcohol - this can be deadly and has caught many people by surprise, even those with high tolerances. I really wouldn't advise it. You're also at more risk of redosing without realising what you're doing which adds to the dangers too.
Taking a stimulant such as Adderall with downers isn't inherently dangerous, but it could mask an overdose, leaving you in danger when it wears off. It would be easy not to realise how sedating your cocktail of drugs is if you're on Adderall too.
Make sure you don't take too much promethazine as that can cause delirium.
Overall no, this doesn't sound safe. Taking a cocktail of chemicals like this is never a good idea - more potential for interactions or general over-intoxication; mixing 3 CNS-depressants (codeine, Xanax and alcohol) can be fatal; Adderall might make matters worse by masking things. I'd save some of those for a different night if I were you.

Thanks for the replies, would it change things if I clarified that there won't be any alcohol in it? Basically the drink base is Codeine and Promethazine cough syrup with Adderall and Xanax mixed in with it. Then weed afterwards. So still three CNS Depressants

You could OD on several CNS depressants mixed together, then again the ADD med might keep your heart pumping, but its all a question of dosage and tolerance

Why are you taking adderall with codeine and promethazine?
Codeine and promethazine syrup does not have enough codeine for effects, you are just feeling the promethazine usually.
Fuck the syrup off and just take some adderall and xanax and smoke some cannabis

it depends on the ratio of codeine/promethazine..... 600mg codeine (approximate ceiling dose and depending on how much codeine your liver metabolises into morphine) potentiated by promethazine (25-50mg) taken half an hour beforehand will have you throwing up, nodding out and possibly reaching your LD50.... (dangerous... you don't want to die choking on your own vomit!!!)
also don't take large amounts of promethazine eg. 1 box of tabs, it's deliriant like diphenhydramine or dramanine, and you don't want that....
