Drug combo - need advice - addererall hydro xanax

Hey guys, so tonite I plan on going out to the casinos wit my girl 4 her birthday. I have 70x 1mg Xanax, 6x 10mg vicodin, and 1x 30mg adderall IR @ my disposal. Anybody have any ideas the best way to utilize these drugs in the most efficient, long lasting and most euphoric way? Any help will be much appreciated. Also last nite I took 2-3 vics n sum pot n wound up puking my guts up. This never happens. I was on SMT until oct, I've taken whole subs 4 a buzz last tym being 2 wks ago. How is it hydro pushed me to puke? On empty stomach btw.

Nausea is a common side effect of Vicodin and taking it on an empty stomach can make it worse so that may be why you puked.

I can't help you with dosages unless you provide your tolerance to each one.

I take roxi 30s on occasion since I been off suboxone. 30mg adderall is my usual dose (was on it daily took a month break no ADHD tho just was hooked lol) Xanax takes me like 6mg to feel anything. Seems like 15-20mg hydro seems to work. Just was like wtf when I puked last nite. My op tolerance is usually pretty decent tho I been off subs 4 months. Thx K'd
I'm jw the most effective combo 4 a nite out n if I shuld basify my stomach and such. I also woke up feeling horrible after puking last nite. Oh n I drank a carton of gpj yesterday that may of added 2 it lol.

Personally I wouldn't combine the Adderall and just take 20mg Hydrocodone & 4mg Xanax (considering your tolerance) If you want you could toss in the Adderall but I don't know if it will ruin the high or not.

Hmm. I've combined addy n Xanax n find it to b pretty heavenly. Lol. The vicodin is throwin me off I haven't taken vicodin since forever ago. I always preferred oxys then heroin n such till I started SMT. I just dunno where the nausea came from. Oxy always gave me a energy boost but I kno it's a stimulating opiate 4 most. I kno hydro along with the other natural opiates r more sedating. If I were to take the addy first, then say 3-4mg xan once the addy highs got me speeding a bit n mb the vicodin wats later when the comedown hits wat do ya think? And shuld I basify for the addy (baking soda) or will that mess up absorption of the other drugs?

Or maybe the Vic n Xanax first n save the addy 4 when the sedation kicks in on the down side of the Xanax n vicodin?

I'd go with your first thought...taking the Adderall first and then the Xanax and Vicodin

About the baking soda, I don't think it will effect the Xanax and Vicodin but I never take baking soda with my Adderall.

Cuz you're destroying your insides.. soon you'll start rotting from the inside out, cancer will consume your liver, pancreas, intestine, and other vital organs until the only drugs you'll be using come in the form of chemo therapy....That is if you have any money or insurance that will afford you the opportunity.

I think you were sick maybe because you didn't eat or because you smoked weed. Maybe the combo of the two.

So I figure the vics n xannys will go nicely on the c/d when I get there mb even a drink or 2. I kno my limits. N I have 80 Xanax left so I think that covers tonite n a few rainy days

Ok so update, comedown on addy was pretty quick. Feeling anxious n like crap now lol. Anyone advise against vicodin to cheer me back up? Or xan+Vic for c/d? Keep in mind I'm leaving 2 spend the nite at a casino n night club lol

You should take the Vicodin for the comedown. That or the Xanax. Either will work.

As 'K'd" has often advIsed me tha xanax adderall combo is often really only good for negating the side effects and jitteriness from adderall. Some people say they are a great combo but more people prefer opiates with stimulants for euphoria. A small dose of xanax with the adderall should help then a nice heafty dose of xanax to comedown. Listen to "K" he never seems to lead me wrong.

I like the adderall/opiate combo cos it reminds me of speedballing. But last
time I overdid it by combining with vodka on an empty stomach. I didn't get
sick, but blacked out and have a couple hours I cannot remember. That's a
bit spooky and I hate when that happens.

I like the opiate/Adderall combo but I like the Opiate/Benzo combo more. If I were looking for a good upper/downer I would use cocaine, not pharmaceutical amphetamine.
