I was a bit wired on adrafinil 600mg and modafinil 200mg, so I've taken 60mg nitrazepam earlier and 8mg xanax. Also 20mg diazepam. Wasn't feeling much but, I've also taken phenibut along with the finils. Now taken 100mg temazepam, took 3 pregabalin, 120mg Dihydrocodeine, and 4 50mg tramadol. Have I taken too much? Starting to feel it, it's a nice feeling but worried I've overdone as I also do. I do have a tolerance for the benzos, pregabalin, but don't take the opioids much. I'm feeling ok but is it too much? Also tramadol doesn't do much to me.

It's real dangerous combining downers together like that.
It's hard to say how you'll react since it depends on tolerance.
It doesn't seem to me like 'that' much opiates. But all the benzos on top of it is a little concerning.
Do you have anyone with you who can look after you just in case? Like someone who can call 911 if you pass out and can't be woken up or anything?
@Jungo871 I hope you'll find someone or get someone who can call 911 just in case. It's hard to judge how high the risk is not knowing your tolerance, your weight, how you metabolize these drugs. It's not a lot of opiates for most tolerant people, but you also added quite a lot of benzos. I'm just concerned for your wellbeing is all.
Please let us know you're OK assuming it turns out fine. Just for our peace of mind.

If you took it all orally it can take an hour and a half to reach full effect.
Another option could be to just do something in a public area until the drugs take full effect. If you're still fine in an hour and a half you can leave.
That way if something goes wrong she'll be likely to discover you and do something. Or maybe you could ask her for something that will cause her to check on you on an hour that doesn't let her know the real reason.
I'm just concerned for you is all.
You might well be fine, I don't know your tolerance or experience or anything that would let me know how much those drugs equate to for you.
Some people get into trouble breathing with very little drugs. Others can take huge doses and be fine.
I believe theres a phone service that can check on you, but the only one I know of is I'm the US. and seeing as you're using British English I doubt you're located there.

Thanks JessFR, breathing is ok, just having a gouch, should be careful, taking downers like the, the xanax around 5-6 hours ago.benzos have a tolerance, have a tolerance to pregabalin. And the opioids are not a lot. But took phenibut around 8 hours ago. Can't concentrate without gouging.

I think you will be fine, Dihydrocodeine and Tramadol are not very strong opioids and your doses are under therapeutic doses. But taking opioids with benzos is wrong. Regardless of whether you have a tolerance or not. How do you feel right now?
I feel euphoric nodding out but, paranoid about my breathing, it's probably all in my head. Find it difficult to concentrate. Tramadol doesn't really effect me, Dihydrocodeine is the same. Maybe I'm lacking the enzymes, just keep nodding out..feel concentratiomg going. Think I'll be ok

I'm guessing uve got a big benzo tolerance? Cos uve taken a helty dose of a range of benzos!! If I took that I'd be comatose! If the sedation is concerning u then down a can of Monster or two while doing something active.

I am on diazepam 30mg, slept for 12 hours, still feeling it. I passed out just after that post. Got a huge benzo tolerance, and usually benzos are very hard to die on but, benzos, opioids and pregabalin are in the danger zone. Lol I was comatose, knocked me out for 12 hours, still feel it. Got pro plus tablets their but was up all night on adrafinil and modafinil.
Took tramadol loads of times but doesn't get me wasted. Took a sezuire once with 6 litres of cider. Never knew alcohol lowered the sezuire threshold. Thought because it worked on gaba I'd be alright. 10 tramadol 50mg along with drink. Bad decision. But benzos along with tramadol is safe, I think.

I'm ok mate luckily, bought a load of drugs online. Was going to buy GBL, but got to be very careful with that. In the UK it's still legal, as it's got uses as wheel cleaner
Great to hear. Yes be careful with that stuff the dosage amount you need with ghb or any Analogue is very low . Anyway I’ve dmed my number and a couple options to get ahold of me since it’s a Canadian number.
