I have this friend that was arrested in September 2012 for marijuana and other charges. He had about seven felony charges and they were all dropped after he completed a court ordered rehab. He moved to West Virginia to his moms in February 2013 and he's on probation until July 2015. He was pulled over the other night because he didn't have an inspection sticker and his license was revoked. (He wasn't aware he couldn't drive because wv laws aren't the same as illinois) anyway, he was to spend the night in jail but then they searched his car and found about 8 grams of weed, baggies, a grinder, and paraphernalia in his vehicle. He is now in jail with a $2500 bail. His hearing is in a couple weeks. Can someone please help me out and let me know what could happen to him? Could he face prison time for this?
