Dropping on an empty stomach

How empty are we talking? Please do not go any longer than 4 hours without eating. Personally I recommend 3.
 
I've been told its best to not eat DIRECTLY before rolling. A lot of people say this really decreases the effect, and I can attest to that as well. But you definitely don't want your stomach to be completely empty, this can cause nausea to some, increase neurotoxicity and probably have some other contraindications as well. I've also heard from some that not eating at all can make the comedown much worse. Which makes a lot of sense to me because your depriving your body of essential nutrients needed to make yourself feel well again afterwards, but i guess that could also by avoided by eating a lot directly after rolling. However, your body needs nutrition, especially before doing drugs, so just don't starve yourself. Eat a meal a couple hours beforehand.
 
Don't eat within an hour before, or you could throw up. But definitely eat, I load up on carbs like a pasta dinner about four hours before. That takes awhile to digest and should help with any irritation to your stomach. Drinks Kerns nectar while rolling, its thick and has a lot of nutrients, plus it tastes good. Gatorade is also good. Sorry lol I know you only asked about dropping on an empty stomach.
 
Gatorade during is very good.. The come down is worse because you also tend to not eat after. I always fast for about 4-5 hours before dropping and make sure i eat a lot of healthy foods directly after my roll. Hungry or not i always eat quark, oats, berries and bananas + whey protein after my roll. I also eat super healthy before the fast (during the entire week)

I have found sleep + diet + exercise to be the most critical factors for a good roll and recovery. The stomach is considered empty after about 4 hours so i guess im always dropping on an empty stomach ;)
 
I dropped on a decently empty stomach last time(last meal at about 1:30-2pm, and dropped around 7:00-8pm) and the come up was HARSH. Thought i was gonna puke, if you survive the puking stage youll be fine, this only lasted about a minute for me.

yeah whenever me and my mates go out somewhere where we're dropping i usually take a meal and eat on the train about ~3 hours before i drop. when i come down at the end of the night im still fairly energetic and feel quite upbeat, but all my friends (who usually would have only had a small lunch and skipped dinner) all feel like shit and are moody as fuck.
 
Shit I'm going to take the Black Sheep comment on here. I always eat an ENORMOUS breakfast between 10am and 11am. No later. Then it's vitamin C and fruit juices the rest of the day till we drop at 9pm. Obviously the general consensus here is, the less food in your stomach, the better. I guess i just take that notion as far as i can without being anorexic. I never feel queasy or need to puke from E, nor do I ever have bad comedowns from using it. The entirety of my roll, the next day, and days after are absolutely gorgeous so obviously i have a biased opinion on the matter.

However, if one thing holds true, take it on the lightest stomach you're comfortable with doing. Food DOES kill rolls. That i do know from first hand experience.
 
I'm gonna be the odd one out and say I recently rolled at a festie right after eating a meal that consisted I a big burger and water, I then continued to drop my two caps and rolled off my tits the next few hours :p
But yes roll on a semi empty stomach :)
 
I eat a bagel with cream cheese two hours before rolling. Rolling on an empty stomach causes me to have a bit of a panic attack on the come up. With food in my tummy the roll takes a bit longer to hit, I'd say about an hour. On an empty stomach the roll hits at about 15 minutes.
 
Lol I ask because I ate a little before dropping once (some fruit) and I ended up throwing it all up. I still had an amazing roll but I'd rather avoid vomiting if possible, it feels like I'm wasting my precious!

Sounds like 3 hours is the magic number though, any suggestions on what to eat in particular then? (And yes, I've seen the dark chocolate thread :p)
 
i'll either eat pasta on the train there or a foot long italian BMT from subway, fucking love that shit.
