Dropping down oxycodone

Im reducing some 70% of oxy. From 70 mg to 20 three x a day or 210 to 60 daily. What OTC/supplements can I add to ease my sudden high drop WD until I get used to this dose. Luckily I will have daily supply of 20x3. Once im stable on 20s I'll go down later on, slowly. I dont worry about taking some pain, i just cant take restless ARMS and legs syndrome so i can sleep. I need something thats not gonna interact with oxy.

And once I get down to 20x3 I will never go up again. I had enough og this. I have been a prisoner for the last few months.

My doctor wants me to check for cancer and told me to lose weight and exercise and i stopped my hobby (making/selling stuff) and if i already got cancer (severe symptoms) then oxycodone killed me because it made me careless.

I have read people cold turkey going from 200-300 or higher to 0 and i also read those going from 50 mg to hospital.

I need help once more.

Ps. This amount/dosage is the only way possible

I've heard that kratom can help with opiate withdrawals, though I've never tried it myself since the last time I went through opiate withdrawals was several years before I found kratom. One thing that I remember that helped me during harsh withdrawals was a sweat session. Obviously withdrawals often cause cold sweats, so it can get pretty intense, but sitting in a bathroom with a hot shower running and letting the steam heat you up can help. It's VERY important to remember to keep hydrated during this, so if you find yourself not being able to keep fluids down due to nausea, then skip it. Try it out about an hour before dosing and see if it helps.

Can you get a hold of any Clonidine? Other bp meds work but Clonidine is best. Or Seroquel, Gapapentin?
You could add some Loperamide for a while, during the gaps from dropping to stabilizing. That is a big jump.
Also, cough medicine (night time), mostly at night helped me, but then again, don't keep taking it..

OTC
Glutamine indeed, slows things down, crosses bbb.
L Tyrosine, Vit b6, vit C and potassium.

Look up the Thomas recipe. When I jumped down I used most of the above.. then stayed on it for a week or so after I completely quit.
And yes ^ staying hydrated is key, get some bananas too, and some gator aid, and coconut water. Eat more poultry vs red meats. Eat a lot before you jump down as well.
Best of luck,
Smoky.

Have you tried baclofen? You have to go heavy but be careful it could put you in coma.

Good news is that even tho youre dropping down a significant amount, youre not cold turking and will still have access to pills for a certain amount of relief.

Id say you should make sure you get the maximum out of each pill, allowing your body(and mind for that matter) to "appreciate" each dose, especially on the first few days.

I did the same with H a while ago,id do my (significantly) lowered dose,id sit it the hot tub smoking a cig, making sure i allow myself to feel everything the dose has to offer.Id restrain from heavy physical activities for the first few days if possible, same with crazy sex marathons, anything that would "sober you up" and create the need for more dosing.
The psychological part will play a catalytic role in this one as well.Try not to think of it as a very difficult and unpleasant situation,as it could be way worse, and bottom line is you still have your pills, even if the amount is reduced.Id wait to be close to dopesick to pop each pill,so i can feel the "relief" working on me!

You could also use some potentiators as above posters mentioned, like cimetidine or DMX or even grapefruit juice, tobacco also is know to synergize with opiates although if you aint a smoker, you shouldnt start now(will be very hard to kick that one).
Idk about loperamide,it is said to help WDs but youre not quitting, just cutting back so unless its absolutely needed,i wouldnt go there.
