the likely hood of feeling any type of withdrawal is minimal if you are using diazepam because in a sense they are the same thing
im not a doc or anything but if you dropped from 20mg down to 1.5mg that is a big jump if you hadnt been using diazepam you will most def feel some type of ill effect from the dramatic jump benzo withdrawal is no joke and in reality you are taking clonazepam for no reason really
in theory you can ditch clonazepam all together and continue with the valium then start tapering down from the valium now i think the lack of the clonazepam might be felt but you can add in a bit extra valium to compensate for the removal of the clonazepam but not by much by no means quit cold turkey from both of them at the same time
docs have told me they use diazepam for many types of withdrawal like alcohol and benzo withdrawal

if anything go to the doctor or er if you having serious issues

I think OP ment to say 2mg instead of 20 because that is an insane high dose, and clonazepam is more potent than vallium so he would have to take crazy doses of the valium to compensate even then there would be some discomfort to say the least.

The pregabalin, at least in my case helped with benzo taper. If you have a good supply of Valium, I would think of possibly tapering that pregabalin a little. How long have you been taking the pregabilin, clonazepam and valium?I just don't want to speculate.
