Drinking with morphine

Would it be okay to have a couple beers after taking a 60mg morphine sulfate tr? Im out to lunch lol

you should be alright but it depends on your tolerance to both substances

by a couple you mean two, right?

Yeah just two beers. I heard it can cause "dumping" of the drug in to your blood stream by messing with the extended release but even so Id say it would still be okay right?

Beer shouldn't mess with the time release. Potent alcohol solutions might, but beer is weak.

I would think 2 beers (regular not dark) would be OK. Sometimes I get a taste for beer and I will sip like 1/3 of a Miller High Life for a couple hours. I don't think it interferes with my meds.
