Drinking BEFORE Taking Clonazepam (question)

So I am a little curious. I am prescribed 0.5mg clonazepam to be taken twice daily PO (by mouth). Now I realize that if I took this medication 1 hour prior to drinking, it would certainly potentiate the alcohol. However, I was wondering if it also worked vice versa? For example, I'm posting this just after taking 6 shots of jager that I downed down with 1mg of clonazepam. I'm wondering if by the time the klonopin kicks in, will it still potentiate the alcohol and get me a better buzz as opposed to just taking the same dose of kpins? To restate my only question earlier really (since the details are irrelevant) I am just curious. Are the effects the same as taking alcohol BEFORE benzos as taking alcohol AFTER benzos?

If you still feel drunk, it will potentiate the clonazepam greatly. If it was a little while ago, it may well bring back the state of intoxication. Obviously if you have 3 shots and then 4 hours later you take the clonazepam, there will be no potentiation. The alcohol will be out of your system.

That's a dangerous combo, you will probably blackout or passout or do some crazy shit you won't remember the next day. If you plan on doing it, which im sure you will, have someone there to make sure your ok. good luck...

Same some people have no self control on this site so they think anyone who takes the combo is in danger.
Some people know their limits and can control them self, EVEN while mixing benzos and alcohol.

I would recommend stopping at six drinks though if you are taking clonazepam , anymore than that and you might start getting reckless.
