Im a cutter and a few days ago I lost quite a lot of blood. maybe around 3 dl? Hard to say. I got the wounds fixed and am fine now,
I was drinking with a good friend last night and i'm usually a heavyweight when it comes to alcohol. I was one drink in (like 2 shots of vodka?) and i was knocked to hell and back.
Never been as dizzy, nauseous and lightheaded in my life.
I've been researching drinking while recovering from blood loss but can't find jack shit. I've found a bit about ppl with leukemia drinking but it doesn't really fit my situation.

i'm on antidepressants (Yes i'm a heavyweight while on antidepressants)
sertraline and on a benzo called Atarax.
Think i'd taken 100 mg sertraline and 25 mg Atarax.
I've drank on these meds before and while on a higher dose of them.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Didn't wake up feeling hungover but if i'm honest it was scary af.
Any theories on what tf happened?

Honestly all 3, the blood loss, AD, antihistamine could all contribute. My assumption after analyzing AI recovery information is that a few days is definitely not long enough for the blood loss.

I've been on both sertraline / zoloft as well as atarax / vistaril / hydroxyzine, and they could definitely contribute to the drowsiness (sedation, even heroin made me very nauseous). My assumption though, is that the blood loss is the main contributer considering the small amount of alcohol and the dizziness + lightheadedness. Apparently it could take actually a couple weeks to get your body fully back to proper working.

How often do you like to drink?

Not to often like maybe 2 times a week. Not touching alcohol for like 2 weeks might be best course of action, maybe more?
The fucked thing is i dont really know how much i lost just guessing so recovering the lost blood naturally could take up to like a month so fuck me
Yeh the mix of the 3 was not good idea lol.
