Dried cubensis look slightly moldy - bad?

Audieanne, I told you we're walking a fine line here regarding ID'ing and pictures, my gut tells me that they aren't totally OK i.e. there is some contamination but only something like a microscopic analysis could tell you if this type of mold or whatever is harmful.
Others here have warned you in a similar way though there are those who choose to disregard the mold. We can not tell you to eat them anyway or try and calculate for you the chance that it makes you very sick. Another photo wouldn't help because this is something we just cannot know and therefore cannot make a decision for you, period.
If you want to secure your safety obviously don't eat them. Nothing more to be said.
Check these other threads about mold and what people have said about it, but I ask you not to reply
to them because as you can read in the ID thread Swilow closed, this is just the end of discussion.
