How fast do dopamine reputake inhibitors built tolerance? How long does it take to get back to baseline again?

What are you talking about in particular? Methylphenidate? Cocaine?

^exactly, we can't help you if you don't be specific. i would say that because dopamine is the main pleasure NT, that DRI's are more likely to be abused. probably tolerance comes in 1-3 weeks, but i really have no clue as different chemicals have different effects and half-lives. drugs with shorter half-lives tend to be more addictive and cause tolerance to be rapidly raised
