I don't get it, and it seems to be happening a lot, I'll draw blood back into the syringe knowing I hit the vein. The syringe will not move but when I push, I know I'm missing the vein (be it skin bubbling up or the burning sensation of heroin). On top of that it seems like I don't have a vein left to me anymore, I used to have this awesome vein that I hit for almost 6 months straight, I cannot seem to find another vein like it. Anyone have any knowledge why I keep missing? Also is there a guide to leg and feet hitting? I am out of veins on my arms and hands, and after my third shot in my foot I can't find that beautiful purple line I used to be able to see visibly any more.

Thanks.

Using the same injection site you are going to especially damage the vein, it could be that the walls of the vein have been corroded from continuous use of heroin, and one scenario could be the vein doesnt have the elasticity to grip the needle point allowing the injected material to leak out. Tar heroin is usually anywhere from 5-20% heroin in the North West USA, compared to another guesstimate of 60% in the SW, the rest of the ingredient is anyones guess; Ive heard of people cutting their stuff on the fly using Tootsie Rolls...

Injecting at the legs and feet is a bad idea, especially routinely, mostly because of how pants and socks trap in moisture and stay more warm compared to other areas of the body, creating an environment for bacteria to breed.
