Hi everyone...
I am sure you all know how a large pharmaceutical company in Australia recently recalled a large number of products including "TravaCalm," a motion sickness remedy containing Dimenhydrinate. Apparently people were complaining about side effects such as hallucinations from the drug. When I found that Dimenhydrinate was psychoactive, I had to get my hands on some to try and I bought and ingested a packet of Dramamine (10 tablets = 500mg).
What a radical adventure it was. I was hearing voices, talking out loud to people and then realising they weren't there, having objects appearing and disappearing around me, and near the end I had a flood of childhood memories and it almost felt like I was re-living parts of my childhood... re-exploring them at least.
I was just curious if anyone else had used Dimenhydrinate or heard about its adverse effects, I would love to hear more about it.
