Dr visit drug question (nasal issues with opana)

So I'm getting my presurgery physical in 5 days I'm on opana prescribed legally and have snorted it recreationally even this morning im sure he will look up my nostrals like drs do not that hes searching for drug use or anything is there a way that the dr can figure out I've been snorting them either by looking or blood work and if so is there any way I can prevent him from finding with 5 days left
 
I've never had a doc look up my nose.... but even so, what are you afraid of him seeing.

Just don't snort any the day of the physical. Unless you've been snorting so much that you've damaged your nose, you're fine.
 
I've only been snorting for about a month but every day and I am worried if there is any damage he can find I don't see any damage but I don't know what to look for and yea I know not to do it a few days before
 
hey if you are that worried look in a saline nasal rinse, its a good idea if you plan on sniffing anything or work in dusty environments

Looks like a kettle to me ;)

It's a nasal irrigation device (sometimes called a "neti pot" which has something to do with yoga) . The one pictured above is powered by gravity but some designs have plastic bulbs which you can squeeze to create a pressurized stream as well. You can probably get one at most pharmacies.
 
probably not but you shuld be more worried about stopping the opana... that is like the strongest opiate they make... i used to get the 40s and then the 80s... when i snorted a 40 it felt like snorting a oxy 80 ... which means i loved it but when i love how a drug makes me feel its not a good thingggg... cause it starts out with me loving it and its ends up with me in a cell and that drug no where in sightttt..
 
I am stopping after my next surgery in a couple weeks my dr is tapering me down the off off but I need it for pain until then I can barely walk it's bad granted snorting it is just for fun more then pain relief But I need the pain pill in general for the time being
 
I've been nervous about going to my Doc for similar reasons - I've been sticking shit up my nose for 6'ish years. Usually even have to do it literally minutes before going into the doc office. However, the doc only looks up the nose when you are having your annual physical or when you're at the Ear/Nose/Throat (mouth) specialist - or obviously if you are saying you have an issue w/ 'the area'.

So, if you're going to 'The Nose Doc' or having your physical for the year get some saline spray. I use this daily. Never in my years of snorting shit have I had a Doc say ANYTHING about issues w/ my nostril lining, and no doubt do I have some sliced up interiors :|

Rinse. You'll be fine.
