Dr Hoffman 2000 - double dip

Hey,
For quite a while here in Cape Town, its been a real bitch to get decent lsd. I cant tell you the amount of times I have bought tabs, and had a very weak trip, equivalent to say half a gram of shrooms, or had no effect at all.

Recently I was offered Dr Hoffman 2000 tabs. The seller assured me they are the 'real deal', and I decided to try them with my girlfriend. We went down to a secluded spot in the forest by a river, and spent the day there tripping our asses off. The tabs were very strong, possibly the strongest I have personally had for one tab.

I promptly contacted the seller again, and bought another 10 trips. All of a sudden though, everyone seems to have different lsd available. Another guy I know texted me that he has 'shivas' and 'double dip hoffman's'....what the hell are these kind of hoffmans? Anyone heard of those? I am guessing that maybe he is using a different name, so that he is the only person selling that 'brand'. I have tried the 'shivas' before, which I think are very nice, but about half the strength of the doctors we got.

I asked the original seller of the tabs if he knows, and he said that there are some other hoffmans going around, that have 2c-b on them. Has anyone heard of tabs with 2c-b on before? I assume they are laced with 2c-b instead of real lsd. Would it be possible to tell the difference between 2c-b and real lsd? I have never tried 2c-b, so am not sure how similar it is to lsd.
 
you cant put 2CB on blotters diggity dog.
well you'd need a lot of blotters..
 
5meo-amt, bromo-dragonfly, and DOxs are all RCs that can fit on blotter but 2c-b is not.
 
I've def had some blotter that had DOB and DOM on it. But you can tell the difference between legit acid. But 2c-b? Everyone above me is correct.
 
The difference between Hoffman blotters can be huge; they are simply a print used by many people. I had Hoffman 2000 blotters in 1999 when I was 17; make of that what you will...They were unbelievably strong though, but the print is not important at all in terms of guaging strength; the only way to tell what strength your particualr Hoffman blotters are is by checking the regional forums (or other websites that talk about drugs geographically).

I think the double dip thing is a marketing gimmick; you don't dip LSD into solution for one thing. Its just a means of indicating that blotter is strong or should-be-strong; more likely the latter.

Whats probably happening in the OP's neck of the woods is that someone fianlly got a good amount of LSD, and has funelled it into the world where other individuals are now preparing it for sale...
