I done a search of thread titles for Heather Ashton on bluelight and to my suprise the search returned no results.

Although there is mention of here name in a few threads there are no actual threads titles with her name, so i wanted to let anyone know who has wanted any benzo information, whether it be about use/abuse/effects/withdrawals etc

This woman and this website knows its sh*t! It is a fountain of information.

I dont know for sure if this is the correct section to post this but after all the main aim of the game is harm reduction and that is her goal.

Im currently beginning Benzo withdrawals (again) btw

The ashton manual is brought up pretty frequently, linked to in the OD directory and routinely cited in inquiries about proper tapering protocol. This is a good reminder though and if anyone would like to comment, please do
