Im taking methadone for my chronic pain. After 17 years on it he wants me to take oxycodone now. How many of those am I going to have to take? I take 4 40's a day for my broken neck. Whats the equivalent of a 40mg . I hate taking this stuff but my neck pain is horrible.
 
Varies massively - do you take any other medications as these will effect the amount of Methadone in your blood.
