Opioids DPP-26 - First experience with this novel Dipipanone analog

I got the flu. Don't have anything to do apart from lying in bed & watching Youtube & Star Trek.
I'm dependent on Kratom & take about 30g per day right now.
My last kratom dose was about 24h ago.
So this is NOT an acurate representation on how this compound feels when not dependant on kratom. It may be better than it felt to me.
Still, I wanna share this since there are so few reports & it's being sold in RC shops right now.

I'd say a good starting dose without tolerance would be 15-20mg.


Allergy test - nothing

16:30 - 20mg DPP-26
The taste is unpleasant, but tolerable. Bitter & foul. I just put the powder on my tongue & wash it down with some cola.

17:00 - Threshold? Slight sedation. Could be placebo.

17:30 - 50mg DPP-26

17:55 - Sedating for sure. Light euphoria.

18:24 - Feels nice. Not in nodding territory, I could still do everything I wanted to do. Apart from driving a car, my reaction time could maybe be reduced.
I wanna redose, take a walk & get some food.

The sedation is quite tasty. Comfortable. In a drinking Yogi tea & snuggling up in bed kind of way.

18:30 - 40mg DPP-26

19:10 - 20mg DPP-26

The walk was pretty exhausting. So I got home quickly, laid down again & fell asleep quickly.No nodding, just full on sleep.

22:00 - Took another 35mg, let's see whether the effects are noticeable.

22:51 - Sedation & some pain reduction returned.
Not much euphoria.

Definitely less euphoric than ODSMT, Oxycodone or Diacetylmorphine.
Even if I account for the rest mitragynine in my brain, the named opioids would have been more euphoric.

Could be more euphoric for someone without opioid tolerance & without a flu.

I will try boofing on another day.

And have you tried IC-26? If so how do they compare in your experience?

I gave this substance a try today. Careful, my metabolism is fucked and lots of drugs aren't working at all or only at higher dosage.

11:18 allergy test - nothing to report

12:20 - 15mg - possible threshold effects at the 40 minute mark. No miosis, no itch. The stuff leaves a scratching in the throat after being washed down.

13:32 18mg - mild itch, miosis

14:51 28mg - DPP-26 seems to be on the subtle side. There is a noticeable buzz, some sedation, little euphoria if any. The lack of euphoria reminds me of tramadol, so nothing to write home about but it might keep you well. I am curious about onset and duration. With dipipanone mean peak plasma concentration after oral use was 2 hours in a study and it had an elimination half life of 3.5h. I am also kinda getting the impression that a higher dosage doesn't necessarily lead to improved recreational effects. I too will try boofing tomorrow though.

I'd guess 1-2x the potency of morphine.
At least 2-4x the potency of ODSMT.

Though mainly sedating, very little euphoria & warmness.

I haven't tried IC-26 yet. It seems to be similar from what I've read about it.

I got 4x 30mg IC-26 pills just to try it out.

I think it could potentially be useful for people addicted to more euphoric / flashy opioids, since it doesn't produce much craving & the effects stay for at least 5h.
Though SR-17018 would be my choice for withdrawal.

As long as its more euphoric than fentanyl it sounds like a win in my book. We need more Opioids with lower potency available rather than all the fentalogues and nitazenes

I've tried 35 mg boofed today. The solution was eerily milky even though there was not much material on the spoon to dissolve. Overall boofing seems to be a somewhat more effective ROA. I kinda tainted my experiment by hitting a dab halfway in though. Not to say that combo is bad however. There seemed to be relatively nice synergy between the two.

The boofing was a crapshot (tehe). I think this substance is not water soluble thus explaining the milky liquid. I also tried to vape a bit on foil. The powder melts but the taste is absolutely chemical and atrocious. Oral seems to be the way to go.

I tried 100 mg oral today. Assuming an analgesic potency of roughly 2:1 to morphine this could mean the equivalent of around 50 mg morphine.It's still subtle but the effects are quite nice at that level. There is some warmth, euphoria and itching.
