doxylamine and diphenhydramine

took 24mg of doxylamine with 30 mg of dextromethorphan in addition to my kratom, doesn't seem to be doing much, was wondering if i could safely add benadryl to that list. would only be taking 25 mg. if not would it be worth repeating the original dose? sorry if the question seems inane, i really have very little knowledge of otc shite

Doxylamine and diphenhydramine are both similar antihistamines, you can safely mix them, however, esp. in those dosages. I would actually shoot for 12.5mg of diphenhydramine if you have that option, adding 25mg to that mix would most likely just make you nod out and go to sleep.
