Take two at the same time. The whole fun of MDMA IS that intense rush. Even if you do get sick and throw up, it's still worth it. Plus, studies have shown that binging on MDMA or taking multiple doses in a night is actually worse then taking all the pills at once. Of course heroic doses are bad too, but binging holds a greater risk for neurotoxicity.
