Double sided needle (phlebectomist) vacutainer

I'm needing a rig ASAP all I have are double sided needles aka vacutainer needle could I screw it on to a syringe like medicine syringe and be able to shoot with it.

I don't believe so. Those work by pressure from the tubes when you pop them in and the other side is in the vein.

What part do you have? the part that looks like a big empty tube that you connect a needle to one side and put the tube in the other side? The vaccutainer? Where are you from? Are you in the USA?
