so ive already used the search numerous times but i rlly couldn find nothin.. but ive got a couple 40's and i was wonderin how i would get the most out of it... if i take 40 mg now and 60 mg later sometime or should i do it the other way around 60 mg now and 40 later...mind you id just like a nice buzz through out the day and it to start gettin better towards tonight..
 
It depends on your tolerance.

Eating one 80mg OxyContin continuous release pill is roughly the same as a 30mg instant release oxycodone pill that lasts 2x as long. (I.e. taking a "Roxy 30" by mouth then another "Roxy 30" about 4-6 hours later) So a 40mg pill is equivalent to 15mg instant release and a 60mg pill is equivalent to long-lasting 22mg.

I hope this clears things up.
