dosing t400?

Its actually worse than sustanon, 5 different esters 3 short a medium and a long... Lol.
I have armidex here just in case, guido have you any tweaks or advice on this cycle?

Trade that stuff for some Test Cypionate or Test Etanthate.

Is there any reason I shouldn't dose my full 30mg of dbol 90 mins before my session instead of split? Or would this fuck with my blood levels too much?
 
I'm just gonna dose .5ml mon/wed/friday. Its the only shit I can get my hands on

Then make sure the days you lift are the days you inject. I've heard of guys running blends like that and the end up only making gains from the Dianabol because the short esters are wasted and the long esters amount to a large TRT dose.

Additionally, make sure this is the last time you use "It's the only shit I can get my hands on." justification. It screams I don't give a shit and only care about instant gratification, which is a poor attitude in bodybuilding. If you could only get your hands on a Methyltrienolone, Estradiol, and Cat Piss blend, would you run it?

Nolys where are you located anyways? Australia? England? U.S.? Canada? Bumblefuck?
 
I'm dosing 525mg a week altogether, its t350.

And its not that I set out to get gear, found this and went “fuck it”. I was told I was getting t400 half dec/half enan split. Then my friend (who was sorting the gear) phones me and says “yeah I'm at the guys car now he's only got this t350 gear left” I already knew what the t350 was but my friend had went to some hassel to get me it so I got it anyway... Bullshit like but better than being stung with fake shit like last time. I knew this gear was legit and after twice being hit with fake shit (me once then I sorted a friend out with more fake abuhrain amps off a gym owner). If offered gear I hadn't heard of or this, I would have went with this anyway as my friends on it currently and its working fine, apparently very very strong according to the interwebz for ugl shit.

I'm located at bumblefuck mate, just east of tittywank village.

No seriously though northern ireland in the UK.
 
First proper gym session since I started my dbol on monday (apart from mondays) and holy shit dbol is amazing. Was doing back/triceps and my biceps/triceps were pumped as fuck. Felt like I had a bit more energy and my weight is up 5lb (water I know). Dosed 10mg this morning, 10 at lunch then 20 an hour before my workout, the 20 only kicked in after I'd finished my back though.
Fucking love dbol its amazing.

It only gets better. Dbol is hands down the best feel good, quick strength gaining aas compound I've tried. If your doing 50mg total a day, don't be surprised if you put on a good 25-30lbs in a month.

Hey nolys.... Try 200ml white grapefruit juice 20mins before your Dbol... take all your Dbol 90mins prior to training....
 
Was thinking of doing that GF but the reason I didn't go ahead with the plan was fear of unstable blood levels? Would this not cause problems?
I thought it would be best to keep the dosages split up throughout the day?? Could somebody clarify this for me

Hey nolys.... We've had this discussion on another forum at length.... your dose is just within the range of what we had concluded might be best to just take the lot 90 mins prior to training (but no more than 30-40mg)....
Grapefruit juice acts to inhibit metabolic effects of the enzyme CYP3A4 which acts as a substrate for testosterone.. (a substrate of an enzyme means it is partially or wholey responsible for metabolising a substance and hence making it 'work')... So in understandable English: Grapefruit juice takes about 20 mins to start acting on liver enzymes, and lasts up to 5 hours'ish... By taking Dbol 20mins later, its metabolism (breakdown) will be slowed so you will receive the benefits of Dbol longer....
Dbol takes about 90 mins to kick-in, hence 90mins prior to training.....

That is what we had concluded, if anyone would like to offer advice or criticism please feel free to contribute.........
 
Thanks for your post gf forgot to reply the other day. Anyway I've had a go with splitting dosages, taking them all at once, 1 when I wake up and 2 before my workout at night and I find that 2 before my workout and 1 elsewhere in the day works best for me.
Though I start 40mg tomorrow for 2 weeks and I'm gonna do 1 morning, 1 before bed and 2 before workout or if my workout is in the morning 2 in the morning then the other 2 split.

So you've not taken any notice of a thing I've said nolys...... 25mg 20 mins after 200ml grapefruit juice, & 90 mins prior to gym.... I think you should try it and see...
 
Yeah actually sorry I forgot to mention that, looked up the grapefruit juice thing and I'm deffinitly going to give that a try, though 1 thing I need to know, does more of the dbol aromatise with this way of taking it since it increases its strength?
 
Right where to start i have test 400 multi-ester can someone explain to me how much in ML and how often do i take it .. bare in mind this is my first time ever taking steroids
