dosing spanish xanax

Today I've got two bottles of Trankimazin 2mg. 50 tablets (Spanish Xanax). I have high tolerance to benzos, how many tablets should I take for a positive effect on mood? Combine well with my dose of 140 mg. methadone?
 
If you have a high tolerance to benzos, you should be well versed with them enough to know how much to safely take.
I would hope.

Are you asking because you've never taken Xanax before and want to know what its equivalence to other Benzos such as Diazepam?

'high tolerance' means nothing without you giving us an idea of what you usually take in what dose. That's so vague, and no one can advise you on any dose until you tell us more information.
 
Do you have a high tolerance because you are regularly prescribed benzos or because you have taken large amounts of benzos at once in the past without any serious health consequences? Typically, a pretty hardcore rx wouldn't be written for more than 6-8mg in a 24 hour period -- mixing with methadone makes estimating an amount to get some arbitrary feelin only you would recognize a very difficult proposition. 2mg would be enough for me and I'm regularly prescribed benzos... but certainly 4mg at once would be my single sitting limit before adding other substances to the mix.

Also no way Jose to telling you how much Xanax to take with a high tolerance along with 140mg of methadone (i.e. a high tolerance).

Trankimazin is spanish Xanax because it is the brand name from Pfizer for the alprazolam. The power is equal to the U.S. Xanax. I have 2 mg. tablets having a bar shape.

I have high tolerance to benzos because I prescribed five tablets daily of Valium 10.

I have taken Xanax before but took a long time without taking it and I don't know how many tablets should I take for a positive effect on mood. I know that as anxiolytic one tablet is enough and even half a tablet.
 
Xanax is xanax the world around. Use a benzodiazepine conversion chart.

Be careful combining alprazolam with methadone, that's a recipe to have things get out of hand and possible nausea/vomiting/passing out. Go slow on the dosing.
 
No I've had a prescription n know both benzos well. Trankimazin sucky Ativan. My sister took it for 5 years n would come to US n of course run out in 2 wks for a 2 month supply and we'd have to get a doc here to prescribe n they went by ingredients she got ativan. Btw in Soain pharmacists have the discretion to prescribe n there is a pharmacy in every corner . Also they NEVER call docs to verify. They might say they don't have it. Docs r way more understanding than US. You can still get quaaludes there -unfortunately now only 250 mgm when they use to have 750 mgm- my father goes to his pharmacist whom he's know for years and on Sundays with a tiny bit of manipulation fm his damaged daughter and says frequently : she's staying with us this wknd n needs a "sleeping cure" and comes back with rohipnol, pallidan (quaaludes ), alprazolam n some good cough syrup. If you are a foreigner it's harder but compared to US docs they r human beings. I mean I never asked for cocaine or morphine. If you r an addict it helps ( my experience ) cause they think u need stronger meds (true enough) but here it's the kiss of death ( being honest about your use)

You r correct. Instead of checking Google i relied on my nonexistent memory. My apologies. They have them in 3 mgm. Yum
 
Trankimazin is Pfizer's alprazolam for Spain. Trankimazin 2 mg. pills are equal in form and size than 2 mg. Xanax pills.
 
I remember a few times getting some Italian alprazolam 2mg poles and they kinda sucked.Sure,I could definitely tell I had taken a fast acting benzo but I had to take twice the ammount to get the same effects as good old Greenstone or Sandoz xannie totem poles (ie.10 poles of that felt like 5 of the US ones).A friend had gotten them online and the price was right but still,I'd take the US versions any day.

that's awesome. I wish they would give me a sleeping cure that actually works when i ask my doctor here in the U.S.
