Dosing Oxy after Methadone ?

Yesterday I ran out of my Roxi's and had a few 10mg methadone for times of need so I took one. I knew I would be getting more R's today so I only took 2.5mg of methadone this morning to keep any signs of withdraw away. That was about 12 hrs ago. I know they have a very long half life so I was just checking to make sure I am fine to take my usual oxy dose from now on. I'm not worried about the blocking effects, but more towards the effect the methadone still has that I am unaware of. In my case ; I should Have less than 5mg o methadone in my system right now is that correct ?

it will be ok depending on your tolerance, how much oxy are you planning on taking??

roxi + methadone was the best high ive ever had in my life

I planned on taking 15mg to see how it went and another 15mg if I felt fine after about an hour. I usually do a 30 at a time.
 
you should be fine, take it slow though..you can always dose more but never less..

Thanks man, will I start showing signs of overdose like usual such a feeling sick, slow breathing, etc... ?
Everyone talks about how quick methadone can end a life, but I have friends with my tolerance that will take 2 or 3 and oxy the same night and next day. Have never seen anyone in real life OD on it and if it was that easy I would think I would have witnessed it by now so that's why makes me less nervous than what people on here describe.
 
usually when you are about to OD you dont even know it. it will happen quick, or you will black out and not even know it.

you are on lower doses of oxycodone and methadone and you cut your oxy dose in half so you should be good. i doubt you will even need the other 15mgs.
