Dose of suboxone for a diacetylmorphine user?

A friend of mine has a drug test coming up and was curious if he would get sick off 500mcg of buprenorphine? He uses 2-3 bags of moderate quality insufflated diamorphine (~40% purity perhaps). The buprenorphine wouldn't show up on the drug test but diamorphine will because it's a prodrug of morphine.

Hmmm I'm pretty sure this question is not allowed per the BLUA about drug testing. If I was you, I wouldn't be taking any risks and guessing what might or might not show up. That usually is a good formula for getting yourself fucked over.

1) heroin of 40% purity, I significantly doubt that.

if you take buprenorphine before you are in wds from a heroin habit then yes, you're going to get precipitated withdrawals.
