Opioids Dose amount for oral morphine to plugging

Chewing 700mg MS Contin once a day. Just got hold of 30mg MSIR and wondered how much I should use if I try plugging. Thanks for any help.

you didnt restate your question that was in the title.

but most people ( myself included ) find that they only need to use half the dose that they would orally if they plug.

try half if its not enough do more.
