Dosage timing/advice

Hi. I’m new here. I was hoping someone could help me with some dosage advice. I have access to the following:
25mg promethazine (100s of pills)
300mg gabapentin (75 pills)
10mg hydrocodone (10 pills)
4mg Tizanidine (75 pills)
750mg robaxin (7 pills)
Marijuana
Cimetidine (otc)

Can someone guide me to a pretty good high. Caveat (I need to be able to walk)

Hm...I don't know your history of using there meds but take opioid first, than add ONE tablet of tizanidine. If u won't be nodding, add robaxin and 600mg gabapentin. U don't need cimetidine and promethazine is actually antipsychotic but in low dose it's sedating antihistamine. But this old school antihistamines really potentiate opioids.
Take it only if not satisfied because with so many downers it can kill you.

First, just try hydrocodone alone.

Oh I have super high tolerances for everything. I have been on pain mgmt for decades and used that recreationally. I have experimented with kratom (hated it) shrooms (hated that too). I’ve taken 17 oxy 10 mg because my tolerance is so high and still felt nothing. I just want to make the most of what I have available without having to take 17 oxys again. If that makes sense. I just never know what to take first and the timing of the doses.

Hi everybody, i´m very new to this all. Today I took a combination of 400mg dxm hdr and 300 microgramms of 1-p lsd and 1g of mitragynine,
would it be dangerous to smoke a beit of 5 meo-dmt, or 5- meo mipt?

It becomes pretty much impossible to guide someone when there are so many drugs in the mix. Each drug that you add into a combination just raises the likelihood of a severe, unexpected reaction occurring. As you have said, you have a high tolerance to these different drugs. This makes the giving of advice super dodgy. The truth is, at this stage, you're the best and most dependable judge regarding what you can or can't handle.

As for you @Harvest Moon 42 I don' think there is anything particularly dangerous about using a DMT analog considering the other stuff that you're using. Just keep the dosages responsible.
