Deep in the bosom of the gentle night, is when I search for the light. Pick up my pen and start to write. I struggle, fight dark forces in the clear moon light,
Without fear... insomnia
I can't get no sleep.........

I have been up for 2 days now,
50mg dexies yesterday, valium 20mg and codeine 600 for comedown but as i realised sleep was not going to happen around 3am i dropped a koi fish to make the rest of the morning interesting, lucy tends to show me the light when I find myself going a bit too hard. All was good came up for a couple of hours feeling real good, think i may have dosed off for an hour dont ask me how lol.

50mg dexies today to get me through the day and 10mg valium. Now i really wouldn't mind an early one tonight so would it be safe to do my daily CWE of 600mg take 30mg temazepam ontop of the 10 val today and 20 yesterday? Will that put me out I haven't had a sleeper for ages (years) but really need it tonight, lucky my friend had a cpl spare Temazzys. Could I also chuck in a Promethazine for good measure?

edit: I don't condone what I do, but I try to stay smart about it 21g of milk thistle per day helps the liver :) I just went a bit overboard this time.

i'd try a mild dose of promethazine first, say 25-50mg. if it's ineffective and you're stable enough then i'd probably throw in the temazepam, starting with a single pill and go from there.

without knowing your tolerances you've spaced those dosages enough to avoid any critical complications, though, you are combining multiple CNS depressants.

Stop taking all the amphetamine, sheesh. Your doing this to yourself. Any type of amphetamines + lack of sleep = zombie mode.
