1 brings you up nicely, but it fizzles out around bang on 75minutes.
So should I do 1.25 or 1.5 then 0.5 thereafter?
Or do 1 then 0.5 then 0.5.
Also timing, these take 40mins to kick in on an empty stomach, so once I comeup I should re-dose 0.5 in 30 mins? Then redose again 0.5...when?
