DOSAGE?? Codeine/Promethazine Syrup 10-6.25

Hey! New to this form here but hopeing I could get some guidance from someone more experienced than my self!

So I have recentley aquired a 4oz bottle of cod/prometh 10/6.25, quantity:120. yay me I am assuming I have gotten a total of 1200mg of codeine.

I was first indtorduced to opiates when I dislocated my hip... I was given fentanyl and morphine and I believe ketamine (in hospital)... sent home with oxycode 5mg (no tylenol) and Lorazepam 1mg. I never took anything for pain or sleep.... always enjoyment. Anyways it was great... and since then I have been using opiates recreationaly (maybe 5x per month depending on availability). I would say I have a moderate/high tolerance to opiates, and while a dont do them often... when I do I feel I can handle quite a bit compared to my friends.

I usually take 50-60mg of oxycode (no tylenol) via insuffalation, and often combine them with alcohol - or - occasionaly a SMALL dosage of a benzodiazapine. Always with alotta ganja So here are my questions;

****I would rather have 1 great experience than 4 okay ones****

1) Is drinking alcohol with this syrup safe? I worried about it interacting with the promethazine..

2) So how how many mg should I take WITHOUT Alcohol? WITH?

3) Also I have read tagament is a good "potentiator"? Any other good ones? What is proper dosage?

It's not 1200 mg of codeine. It's 10 mg codeine in every 5 mL, which is about 240 mg for the whole bottle. That's pretty misleading tho because the promethazine potentiates it a lot and you will be wayyyyyyyy more fucked up from this shit than from 240 mg worth of tylenol 3 or something like that.

Drink that shit slow. If you wanna drink all 4 oz in one go it should last you all night, at least a couple hours. If you drink it too fast you will just pass out and it won't be fun. IMO you could split it up into 2 different doses (2 oz each time or 3 oz one time when you wanna party and 1 oz for just a random lame night) for a better effect tho.

I highly advise you to trade it for more potent opiates.

This is a very weak drug for your tolerance, you will most likely be super agro from that much promethazine...

You would do better with T3's wholeheartedly.

You are putting yourself at great risk of seizure activity...


Take some but not the whole bottle on top of another opiate...

It's going to do very little for you with your tolerance once again.

Half the bottle. It's not strong but the codeine Prometh combo was a pretty chill high for me.

You obviously never fucked with the drank. That stuff fucked me up even after I had touched heroin. The combination of drugs (promethazine, codeine, plus a little bit of alcohol) is much, much different than any of those drugs alone.

Besides, even a whole 4 oz bottle is nowhere near enough to "damage your kidneys". Even if it doesn't fuck you up, it's a relatively safe drug and you're not risking anything. Much safer on your liver than downing a bunch of T3s full of acetominophen.

You obviously probably have very little experience with opiates if you still get any opiate effect from Codeine products... Do you see where I'm from? That shit is highly overpriced and rampant down here in Houston...

If anything I would drink tussionex... That's magnitudes better.

It is enough to damage your kidneys... You are mixing three kidney damaging drugs together especially Promethazine.... It does catch up with you. Several people down here are hospitalized for drinking too much in one sitting...

T3's are very safe if you CWE them... Safer than drinking syrup...
