i was just wondering. i heard that philly was the best place in america to score.... so i took a trip the other day down to camdam to go to this phil lesh concert to get some acid...... well the concert turned out to be at a different date so i said fuck it and went into philly.... it took me about a half hour before i finnally found the ghetto, but i found it. i drove around and yelled at every brother i saw and none of them hollard at me.... i was like WTF? i heard so much about philly being the best spot and there was mad brothers out but not a single one hollared. do you actually have to know people there or can you score randomly on the streets? maybe im just used to newerk, where they yell at you and even chase down your car to sell you drugs

im from philly, and yes that's how it is here also. itz very easy to score, but you gotta know where to go. right now they have operation safe streets going on down there so it's very hot down there, and there aren't as many people selling as usual, but it's still easy to find...
 
Toasty, I sent you an email so go read it...Anyway, There are certain blocks that deal with the dope and any other drug you will need and its in a certain part of north philly...Since operation safe streets (biggest crackdown in philly ever, which began in May) The spots have all been shut down with the exception of a few, the spots are still around but I haven't been there in so long and I don't plan on returning, too much of a risk.
 
Damn, I was at Phil Lesh and got a beat 5 strip after narrowly averting cops with guns drawn clearing out the parking lot.
 
Toasty your problem is this little thing going on here called operation safe streets. The cops are watching all the spots so your never going to score anything from your car. You need to go to kensington and park it up. Then go up and walk with them. Back in the day they would just do business in your car but there's to many people watching here lately. Just find a corner drive by and pull over. It's best to have someone with you so you can keep your car running. If you still have trouble then just pick up a hooker and give her 5 bucks and she'll score for you...
 
Hey!!!!!! I live near philly and i can tell you for years there was this place we called THE SHACK it was on 52nd & gerard and that place was the ABSOLUTE BEST for $20 you got a shit load of good stuff but of course cops went in and raided it but there are guys all around that vicinity that are still doing transactions for a variety of treats:-)

I'm not gonna bother to argue with this but there isn't gonna be a signifigant difference in dope qual between DC, Baltimore , NY and Boston because its all the same region. I scored chunk in philly and It wasn't any better then the chunk I get in my city.
I'm not saying its all the same but its not like you get dope in NY then go to Philly and see the qual differ signifigant
 
when you say brothas i can only assume your talking about blacks...the chances of scoring acid from a black man is slim to none especially from a black street dealer...they dont want to sell something thats not addictive...they wanna sell coke and herion shit like that so the addicts can come back again and again...what kinda shit are you looking for...dont take a bath and wear shitty clothes and mubble to your self so the dealer want think your a cop...that way you can blend in like the local junky.

It's really rare to find quality dope in DC. It's the same stuff found farther north on the east coast, only the majority of dealers in DC cut it to hell. There's lots of scramble and sometimes you can get bone. The chances of getting chunks is really slim.
As for not taking a bath and all that.. whatever. I go wearing white button up dress shirts or preppy collared shirts all the time. There is no junky look. If you're white, you're going to look like an undercover cop no matter what clothes you wear.
 
hey johnny, the dealers look for clean cut white boys because they think they have MONEY. A bum that mumbles to himself and looks like he hasn't combed his hair, brushed his teeth, or bathed for 16 years is pretty much worthless to them...They treat most white boys that are clean cut with respect, because they want your loot...The people that beat you and call you a cracker and say get off my block etc are the crackheads that are pissed because we inflate there prices.
 
you guys watch too many after school specials, took an hour and a half to find the ghetto, the whole city is a ghetto, two the cops know why your down the way here so dont dress like ya just robbed structure, its easier to score during the day and safer, use ur melon or whats left of it....
