i take 40 to 50 mg of valium a day and do H 2 or 3 times a week and smoke weed and cigs all day. r these dangerous combos?

Combining 2 cns depressants can be dangerous, yes. It would be the H and the benzos that could be dangerous together.

If you have a tolerance to the valium less dangerous of course, but still ingesting Heroin with the valium could cause an overdose depending on the amount you use.

Cannabis has a different mechanism of action in the brain than the other 2 drugs.
