Since I am young, I always got some. Sometimes I even got a lot. Like in video games. And I'm seeking to have a lot more.

I think I have this drug because I succeed in religion.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is used by the brain to induce feelings of pleasure. Injecting dopamine won't work because it can't cross the blood-brain barrier and even if it could it won't be able to find the receptors it needs to activate.

Low doses act as vasodilators via slight D1 annd D2 selectivity and mainly affect the kidneys.

Medium doses act as beta adrenergic agonists and increase heart rate.

And finally

High doses act as alpha adrenergic agonists and induce vasoconstriction and raise the blood pressure.

I could imagine becoming hungry for brains due to the massive amounts of fatty acids and cholesterol in them. In times of food scarcity that would be a wellspring of calories.
