L-Tyrosine is a precurser to L-Dopa then Dopamine, so L-tyrosine is an idea.
Also, meats, cheese, dairy etc. are good sources when it comes to foods, along with fruits.
Excercise may help too I think..
But what are some other ways?
i take a protein shake that has like 1300mg of L-tyrosine in it per serving, I excercise, and also eat fruits, drink lots of milk etc.
Still feel like my dopamine hasn't returned to normal after stimulant use.
Any tips/ideas?
(Attention Mods- feel free to move this if needed, or to do whatever with it- you guys are the boss's
