Don't shout at me BL, but I need advice.....

I had my first zaps 2 nights ago, maybe about 4 or 5 (and 1 huge one) while trying to sleep, and I had 2 small ones last night. First thing I thought of was this thread!

I only get mine just as a nod off to sleep, I get CEVs and then a zap.

Not too worried about it, 2.5 months off for me I think!

Another quick update: Zings are still here, but they only occur if I actively look for them e.e make them happen. Whilst they have dropped in intensity, they are still lingering about, even 2 weeks on. I just pray this won't be permanent.....

Quick update - I am finally cured! The zaps/zings have gone and I feel back to normal (apart from the odd bit of nystagmus which I got anyway). Let this be a lesson to not only myself, but to others who think they can be Charlie Sheen, and smash stupid amounts of serotogenics 2 days in a row - it took me a month to recover!. Im currently on month 1 of a 3 month break from ALL drugs, but I hope to experience AL-LAD and perhaps MDMA (at a MUCH lower dose) once again in September. All things considered, I'm pretty sure that it was the APB that did me no favours, alhough the heroic dose of MDMA probably put the final nail in the coffin. The urge to do MDMA is still strong, however I have now adopted a new perspective on not only life, but my health in general. Less is more.

Thankyou everyone at BL for your continued support throughout the last month, It really meant the world <3

Hopefully you respect MDMA a little more than you previously did. So when you find yourself in another situation where you'll look awesome overdoing the MDMA due to peer pressure, you will look back to this ordeal and make a responsible decision in terms of your dosing. Take a few months off between usages (I know BL recommends 1 month, but the more the better), and you shouldn't need to do anything over 200 mg. We all want to have an amazing kick ass time, but your health comes first and you know this for sure now!
