They don't send kits, will lead you on for a month waiting, and then not respond to emails. They have always been bad with customer service but are appearing to become a scam right now. Everyone is getting screwed! Go get a Dance Safe kit. On top of receiving a kit you help directly fund harm reduction as it is a non-profit organization.

That's a shame b/c I ordered the complete about 1.5 yrs ago, I recieved a minor discount since I'm a member of this site, it came pretty quick, and I'm in the NE states.

Yeah, I agree. It looks like they have a great product too. I think that it is just poorly run and is in a particularly bad phase right now. To be fair I should mention that before I was ignored like everybody else... I got an email from them saying they had website issues effecting things. You would think that after a few years of having a website and a history of mail issues they would have fixed this by now though if it's the case.

thank you for your concern about our web site. We just renewed it, so go over there and have a look...The new website is only one of many improvements to come within the next few months.
About your order: all orders are shipped within 48 hours after we get the order. After that we are depending on the guys at the postal services for delivery, which are a bit slow during the holiday season. Also, I get a lot of tests sent back to me because people do not pick them up at the post office or they have supplied the wrong address. There's really not much I can do about this kind of thing... To reassure you: All issues are dealt with and are resolved in an amicable manner.
